CREDIT CARDS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Note, cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of these logos will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative.

PAYPAL

Use any payment method on the growing list of ways to fund a PayPal account in your country. Once you have funded your PayPal account, you can use our single-click PayPal express feature to speed through checkout.

VENMO

Venmo gives you a simple, no-contact way to pay. Blue Verve Boutique has a unique Venmo QR code so you just scan, pay, and go.

AFTERPAY

Pay for your purchase over four equal installments, due every two weeks. This payment option is only available on US orders.

STORE CREDIT AND GIFT CERTIFICATES

Of course, you can also use store credit or a gift certificate / gift code. Each gift certificate carries a gift code you can easily enter when completing checkout. They NEVER expire and may be combined with promotions and rebates.

Refund/Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Blue Verve Boutique! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it, contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You receive the wrong item

We truly want to make the process as easy as possible for you and us.

 If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return policy below:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we will not be able accept any returns.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, undamaged and unwashed, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Swimwear, lingerie, and items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) may be ineligible for return or exchange. 
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box.
  • We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. (Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.)
  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements. If you have any questions or concerns about our return policy, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
